I'm doing things without any anxiety that two months ago, I may have done, but not without fretting terribly over the act.

But now I get it. There's no "I" to be nervous!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04454406837183787620noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4891001968149686306.post-67027464178321803512012-07-12T03:59:11.169-05:002012-07-12T03:59:11.169-05:00What a great article JR...So candid and revealing ...What a great article JR...So candid and revealing and refreshing! It's amazing how anxieties and fears seem to melt away when in the present moment. You've been having some profound spiritual experiences lately...that is awesome. It is a liberating realization to know that we are not our body, our thoughts, our emotions...that they are impermanent manifestations.

Ok, now I'm really going to have to check out Ram Dass!Jessicahttp://www.ascendingthehills.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4891001968149686306.post-79178895143859599002012-07-11T21:40:32.548-05:002012-07-11T21:40:32.548-05:00Beautiful, Lena. I believe as we age, gain more experience and so forth that we are somehow more able to accept things or even view ideas and things in a new way. We should evolve and change; if we stay the same and never change we would definitely not be learning much and wouldn't achive much. I also have had my share of 'enlightenments' along the way, and I have discovered looking back that some things may not have been as I thought; I have changed my view on some things. I have even become more flexible. And I think also that in the end, we sometimes have to be our own cure. We should strive to know ourselves and to know our environment and the world around us and how we fit into it all. Thanks for sharing your path with us! Take care!Lena Winfrey Hayathttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14897692630733792007noreply@blogger.com
